    Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC)

    INTRODUCTION

    District & Session Court has framed Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014 to prescribe the constitution of Gender Sensitization & Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) and to regulate the procedure of dealing the complaints of sexual harassment of women at workplace.
    At present, the Gender Sensitization & Internal Complaint Committee (GSICC) for the District Court, Sirohi is as under:-
